Artificial Intelligence contributes to cognitive skills and challenges the dominance of human cognitive power. There will always be a debate about whether AI-empowered machines will become more intelligent (and powerful) than their human creators and start controlling them. Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and many other big names in science and technology have expressed concern in the media about the risks posed by AI, joined by many leading AI researchers.
Considering the curiosity for the future of human resources and their response to artificial intelligence, this book explores the relationship between the two.
This book is a documentary on this exciting domain of the Impact of AI on Human Resources, using the reference of Indian Automotive Manufacturing sector, which is going to battle on different fronts, with AI taking over most human-intensive tasks ranging from hazardous processes to more mundane activities of assembly & dispatch.
